We help ensure that your organization complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, as defined by Title II regulation pertaining to Self-Evaluations by performing, at a minimum, the following activities:

  • Developing or updating Transition Plans, in order to ensure Program Access as defined by Title II
  • Examination of and/or modification of employment policies and practices, including developing a reasonable accommodation policy
  • Development of compliant accessible communications policies and practices
  • Ensuring web site compliance and accessibility, including the accessibility of public computers
  • Developing and training and internal compliance team made up of your employees
  • Training and consultation to ensure your ADA Coordinator has the knowledge and tools to perform their duties
  • Developing nondiscriminatory policies that direct the operation of all organizational programs and activities
  • Development of a Notice of Nondiscrimination as defined by Title II
  • Development of an organization-wide grievance procedure, including grievance procedures pertaining to particular departments or divisions
  • Assisting in the formation and training of a Disability Advisory Council
  • Development of Transportation policies and practices, where necessary
  • Providing pertinent training to internal facilities personnel, employees who meet or greet the public, and human resource management staff
